Something to consider for spring photos are having gorgeous flowers in the background. Daffodils bloom from February through March and Tulips bloom from March to April. Early blooming trees include the Japanese magnolia as well as other varieties of magnolias. Eastern redwoods, flowering dogwoods, Taiwan Cherry & the wild plum tree. Fall leaves start changing from the first week of October and start to fall off the trees in the last week. Since during the winter the leaves have all fallen and the grass is dull in color, choosing to do photos in front of evergreens such as pine, spruce, and cedar trees. Another choice during winter are parks with interesting bridges. Picking a day where the snow is falling lightly can make for magical photographs. Hopefully these tips will help you chose what time of year you would like a photo session!
